Schedule

The 2009 EURO Auto Festival will take place on October 16, 17, and 18, with Show Day being Saturday, October 17. This is the tentative and abbreviated schedule:

Friday, October 16, 2009

  • 3 PM to 9 PM – Hotel Registration
  • 3 PM to 6 PM – Hospitality Suite is open
  • 7 PM to 9:30 PM – Reception
    • 9:30 PM to 11 PM – Hospitality Suite

Saturday, October 17, 2009 - Show Day

  • 8 AM to Noon – Show field is open
  • 9 AM – The show and judging begins
  • 9 AM – Autocross opens
  • 4 PM to 6 PM – Hospitality Suite
  • 7 PM to 9:30 PM – Banquet
  • 9:30 PM to 11 PM – Hospitality Suite
